【Three-Ball Respiratory Training Device - Instructions】

Inhalation:

Practice inhaling 3-5 times each time.
Perform 6 cycles in one session.
Aim for at least 4 sessions a day (morning, noon, evening, before bedtime).
The goal is to raise two balls during inhalation.

Exhalation:

Practice exhaling 3-5 times each time.
Perform 6 cycles in one session.
Aim for at least 4 sessions a day (morning, noon, evening, before bedtime).
The goal is to raise two balls during exhalation.
