骨折、人工關節手術開刀後，拐杖怎麼拿？正確使用方法

【拐杖的使用方式】

注意事項：

1. 拐杖應調整到適當高度，拐杖高度為腋墊離腋下兩指寬。
2. 正確姿勢為拾頭挺胸，眼睛自然直視前方，行走時步伐勿太快、太大。

拐杖行走要點：

1. 兩側拐杖同時向前。
2. 跨出患肢（開刀的腳）。
3. 健肢再跟上。

    

   【Cane Usage Instructions】

   Note:

   1. Adjust the cane to the appropriate height, with the cane's height measuring two finger-widths below the axilla.
   2. Maintain proper posture by keeping your head up and your eyes naturally looking straight ahead. When walking, avoid taking steps that are too fast or too large.

   Instructions for Cane Walking:

   1. Advance both canes simultaneously.
   2. Step forward with the affected limb (the limb that has undergone surgery).
   3. Follow with the unaffected limb.
